Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1/2 White Onions
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Chili Seasoning
- 6 Tostada Shells
- 1/4 can Canned Corn
Directions
- Butterfly chicken breasts
- Season chicken breasts
- Grill chicken breasts at 425 for 15 minutes
- Shred chicken
- Cook onions in skillet
- Mix chicken, onions, 2/3 of cheese, corn, and cream of chicken
- Lay tostada shells on bottom of pan
- Top with 1/2 of chicken mixture
- Lay tostada shells on top of chicken mixture
- Top with 1/2 of chicken mixture
- Top with remaining cheese
- Cook in 425 degree oven for 30-45 minutes
