King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 White Onions
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Seasoning
  • 6 Tostada Shells
  • 1/4 can Canned Corn

Directions

  1. Butterfly chicken breasts
  2. Season chicken breasts
  3. Grill chicken breasts at 425 for 15 minutes
  4. Shred chicken
  5. Cook onions in skillet
  6. Mix chicken, onions, 2/3 of cheese, corn, and cream of chicken
  7. Lay tostada shells on bottom of pan
  8. Top with 1/2 of chicken mixture
  9. Lay tostada shells on top of chicken mixture
  10. Top with 1/2 of chicken mixture
  11. Top with remaining cheese
  12. Cook in 425 degree oven for 30-45 minutes
