Pasta Dough
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups 00 flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Add flour and salt to food processor and pulse to combine
- With processor running, add oil and eggs one at a time
- Process until dough comes together into a ball
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead briefly until smooth
- Wrap in plastic wrap and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
- Divide into portions and roll out thin with a pasta machine or rolling pin
- Cook in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes until al dente
